Project Leader

YRM's role as Lead Architect was to shape and co-ordinate the design information from the design and engineering teams on the 50+ buildings and site to one planning application to the IPC. This involved guiding the client on planning issues, shaping the message, extensive consultation to major stakeholders and designing the presentations, through the pre-application process leading to preparing and placing application documentation with the IPC in October 2011.
